Mission Statement

The Townhomes of Rivermist Homeowners' Association shall be responsible for the general management and supervision of the Gardens of Rivermist Townhome Community. It shall have all of the powers and shall be responsible to perform all of the obligations provided in the Declaration and shall have all powers now or hereafter granted by the General Not-For-Profit Corporation Act of the State of Illinois consistent with the purposes as specified in the Amended and Restated Declaration of Party Wall Rights, Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for the Townhomes of Rivermist Homeowners’ Association. Something to Note...

Important Notice
Brant Circle will be repaved on Friday, July 31, and Saturday, August 1, 2026. There must be no vehicles left parked in the in the common area spaces so work can be completed. The circle will be closed to all vehicular traffic from Friday, July 31, at 6 AM until Tuesday morning, August 4, at 10 AM. You may want to arrange deliveries (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.) avoiding these dates. USPS Mail will be held, but you may pre-arrange to pick up your mail at the post office. Again, if you wish to use your vehicles during this period, please relocate them to Spruce, Sangamon, or Katherine Circle before 6 AM on Friday, July 31.

Association Board Meetings
The next scheduled Board Meeting will be on August 10, 2026, at 6:30 PM, at 574 Katherine Cir. All owners are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Owners gather for friendly banter on Mondays in the common area on Katherine Circle near the gazebo at 4 PM (weather permitting). Bring your own lawn chair and beverage and join us!
