Mission Statement

The Townhomes of Rivermist Homeowners' Association shall be responsible for the general management and supervision of the Gardens of Rivermist Townhome Community. It shall have all of the powers and shall be responsible to perform all of the obligations provided in the Declaration and shall have all powers now or hereafter granted by the General Not-For-Profit Corporation Act of the State of Illinois consistent with the purposes as specified in the Amended and Restated Declaration of Party Wall Rights, Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for the Townhomes of Rivermist Homeowners’ Association. Something to Note...

Association Board Meetings
The next scheduled Board Meeting will be on June 8, 2026, at 6:30 PM, at 574 Katherine Cir. This is the annual membership meeting. All owners should be represented by being present or voting by proxy. Two directors will be elected to serve two year terms.
